TIAX, Cambridge, MA, a technology research consulting firm, has been selected by the Japanese food manufacturer Kikkoman to create a new line of beverages, nutrition bars and breakfast cereals containing its branded grape seed extract, Gravinol®. The products will be used by Kikkoman to show proof that grape seed extract can be incorporated successfully into consumer foods and beverages.
